We are a theatre charity, devoted to commemorating the great stars of

Music Hall, Musical Comedy, Theatre, Variety, Vaudeville and Pantomime.

Our work focuses on caring for and restoring the final resting places of music hall and theatre artistes' and erecting commemorative plaques to acknowledge their contribution to our cultural heritage.

Theatre productions, exhibitions, research and the collection of archive material, also play a very important part of our work.

Throughout the year, volunteers are fundraising to help restore the memorials of Music Hall and Theatre artistes and bring them back to their former glory and where a memorial has been removed or for whatever reason has fallen into disrepair, then we set about erecting a new memorial in which to keep their memory and legacy alive.

RESEARCH is constantly in motion to help build up our comprehensive database for students, descendants, theatre historians or anyone interested in the arts.
