ABOUT US
The Music Hall Guild has been described by many as a unique charity: delivering, as it does, a host of enriching activities and engagements celebrating our collective cultural heritage.
For the past 40 years the Guild has grown in unexpected ways from its humble beginnings as a community theatre arts project that gave opportunities for self-development to hundreds of underprivileged children and young people in South East London and Kent.
The Guild has supported and encouraged the Arts in so many ways and sought to celebrate, rescue and preserve our cultural heritage through THEATRE PRODUCTIONS, ILLUSTRATED LECTURES, BLUE PLAQUE INSTALLATIONS, MEMORIAL RESTORATIONS, GUIDED WALKS, INTERGENERATION PROJECTS, ARTS AND CRAFTS, DRAMA COACHING, THEATRE RESEARCH, ARCHIVE COLLECTING, THEATRE EXHIBITIONS, YOUTH THEATRE, FESTIVALS and more!
